About 3 hours before your flight lands, our dispatch team confirms live flight status and notifies your chauffeur. The chauffeur stages at the airport 30 minutes before ETA and pulls into the charter staging area the moment your flight touches down. For commercial arrivals, customs and baggage at EWR typically take 35-60 minutes; we build that buffer in automatically.
For groups of 10 or more, the chauffeur walks inside the terminal to baggage claim holding a sign with your group leader's name. The chauffeur escorts everyone to the curbside staging area and loads bags while you board. For smaller groups, curbside pickup at the designated charter zone is standard.
If your flight is delayed, we don't charge extra for the first 60 minutes of wait time after touchdown. Beyond 60 minutes, we bill at the booked vehicle's hourly rate, pro-rated. If your flight is diverted or canceled, we hold the chauffeur at EWR and coordinate the new arrival with you by phone.
