The written reservation controls

Limo Sprinter bookings continue through the quote form. The confirmed reservation, not this page, controls deposit, remaining balance, cancellation, overtime, insurance, vehicle assignment, and conduct rules. Ask the operator to put those terms on the quote before you pay.

Booking & deposit

Ask what deposit amount, remaining-balance date, and accepted payment methods apply to your trip. Review the deposit, remaining-balance deadline, and payment terms in the confirmation.

Cancellation

Ask for the cancellation, rescheduling, weather, and refund rules that apply to your reservation. This page does not create a separate refund schedule.

Overtime

Ask how overtime is billed, in what increment, who must approve it, and when the booked service window starts and ends. Garage time, waiting, and extra stops can change the total.

Conduct

Passengers must follow the chauffeur's safety instructions. Ask for written rules on standing while moving, smoking, illegal items, underage alcohol, decorations, and when service may be stopped. The operator's written policy, not a competitor claim, is the source for those rules.

Damages & cleaning

Ask how excessive cleaning, interior damage, and audio or lighting equipment repair are billed. Those amounts belong on the contract.

Liability

Request current insurance documentation suitable for the venue, school, or company named on the trip. Do not treat a coverage figure published on a marketing page as the certificate. Ask how personal belongings left on the vehicle are handled.

Force majeure

Ask how weather, road closures, and events outside reasonable control are handled, including reschedule and refund options.
