Booking & deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking. Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Bookings made inside 7 days require full payment.

Cancellation

Cancellations 72+ hours before pickup receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 48-72 hours before forfeit the deposit. Inside 48 hours, the full booked amount is charged. Weather-related cancellations initiated by us are fully refunded.

Overtime

Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at 1.25× the booked hourly rate. All overtime requires the chauffeur to confirm verbally with the booking contact before the clock starts.

Conduct

Passengers must follow the chauffeur's safety instructions. Standing while moving, smoking, drug use, weapons, and underage alcohol consumption are prohibited. The chauffeur may terminate service without refund if conduct endangers safety or violates law.

Damages & cleaning

Excessive cleaning (vomit, spills beyond reasonable wear, etc.) is billed at $250. Damage to interior, audio/LED equipment, or upholstery is billed at cost of repair plus a $150 service fee.

Liability

NYC Party Bus Rentals carries $5 million in commercial auto liability insurance. Personal belongings left on the vehicle are not our responsibility; we make reasonable efforts to return items found during post-trip inspection.

Force majeure

Service may be delayed or canceled due to weather, road closures, or other events outside our reasonable control. In such cases, we work in good faith to reschedule or refund.
