Bachelorette Parties
From Williamsburg rooftops to Meatpacking clubs, our bachelorette buses handle hotel pickup, bar-crawl timing, and photo stops. Most groups book a 5-6 hour package that covers an early Manhattan dinner, a Brooklyn rooftop stop, and two to three nightlife venues.
Bachelor Parties
Bachelor groups run later than bachelorettes and stretch to 7-9 hour packages. We recommend starting pickup at 6 PM, with dinner reservation at 7:30, cigar lounge at 10, and club arrival at 11:30. Our chauffeurs know which Manhattan clubs have 3 AM last call versus 4 AM.
Birthday Parties
Sweet 16 and Quinceañera clients book our Large Party Bus most often — 32-passenger capacity fits friend groups plus chaperones. We require parent signatures and confirm a strict no-alcohol clause for clients under 21, with an onboard monitor when requested.
Prom Transportation
Prom season books out by February. We lock chauffeurs, fleet, and insurance certificates for school district requirements. The hard rules: no alcohol on board, no stopping between venues without chaperone approval, and mandatory return to the named drop-off location.
Weddings

Brewery & Distillery Tours
Breweries across NYC fit naturally with party bus transport — tasting flights, self-paced timing, and designated driver safety for a drinking-focused outing. Corporate holiday party season (November-January) books out eight weeks in advance. Most corporate groups run 3-6 hour bookings from a Midtown office to a restaurant to a Hudson Yards or Meatpacking venue. Casino trips are flat-rate round-trip, not hourly. We quote one all-in price that covers pickup from any NYC address, 6-8 hours at the casino, and return. Typical schedule: 11 AM pickup, 1 PM arrival, 9 PM departure, 11 PM return for Atlantic City.
Airport Group Transfers
Airport group transfers aren't hourly — they're flat-rate point-to-point. We factor in one free hour of wait time for international arrivals at JFK and EWR (customs and baggage regularly run 45+ minutes). Toll surcharges apply for EWR tunnels and Verrazzano crossings.
Prom Limo Bus
Private school prom contracts require us to sign a strict transportation addendum: no alcohol, no unapproved stops, hard return time. We pair a second chauffeur for schools that require an onboard adult beyond the driver, and we carry a dedicated Manhattan prom-night traffic plan avoiding Broadway and FDR rush patterns.
